I grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Since 4th grade career day, I knew that I wanted to be a dentist.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, and then headed to the University of Michigan for dental school. After dental school, I spent the next two years at Harvard University Children’s Hospital of Boston as a resident specializing in pediatric dentistry.

My husband and I met in dental school and thought that Grand Rapids would be a great place to raise a family and cheer for the University of Michigan. We have three children and a black lab. When I am not shuttling my kids to various activities I enjoy playing golf, running, and reading. Mostly, though, I enjoy spending time with my family.

I was born and raised in Michigan. My mother was a dental hygienist. She encouraged me to become a dentist, and for once I actually listened!

I received my undergraduate degree at Hope College, where I would eventually meet my wife. I attended dental school at the University of Michigan. After dental school I completed my residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Maryland. After finishing my residency I spent one year completing a fellowship in public health dentistry at the Howard Co. (MD) health department, treating children without health or dental insurance. We knew that we wanted to come back to West Michigan to start a family, and I was very fortunate to meet and begin working for Dr. Aimee.

My wife and I have four beautiful children: 3 girls and a boy. Mostly, I enjoy spending time at home with my family, but I also enjoy playing basketball, golf, running, biking, and reading. On most Saturdays in the fall, you can find me singing Hail to the Victors and cheering for my favorite team, the Michigan Wolverines.

I am very fortunate to have found such a wonderful profession, and I am very dedicated and motivated to provide the highest possible dental care that I can for your child.

I grew up in Indiana and found my way to dentistry with the help of my neighbor who was a dentist!

I received my undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. I attended dental school at Indiana University where I met my husband, Adam, a Grand Rapids Native. After dental school I completed my residency in pediatric dentistry at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN. After finishing my residency, my husband and I decided it was time to head back to West Michigan to be closer to family and the lake shore. Luckily, I found a great opportunity to work with Drs. Aimee and Chris!

I enjoy spending time at the lake with family and taking walks and hikes on all the trails Michigan has to offer. I love traveling, snow skiing, and I am a devoted Peloton app member. In the fall, I love watching Michigan State games with my husband, a devoted Spartan.

I am very passionate about pediatric dentistry because it provides me with the opportunity to see families grow. I strive to provide my patients with exceptional quality and compassionate dental care.
